Grace answers questions about your files using only what each user is allowed to see. Same permissions model as the rest of Foldr.
Grace comes with Business and Enterprise on Foldr Cloud, with a monthly allowance of credits that grows with your seats. On your own appliance you switch her on in Settings and choose where the model runs. Where each request goes is on the Trust Centre.
“Reconcile this purchase order against the packing slip.”
“Summarise the recent submissions in Operations.”
“Only the PDFs, grouped by supplier.” (Said on the Search page, to the search you have open.)
“Search Operations for purchase orders over 5,000 from last quarter.”
Grace has a real toolbox. She searches, reads files, queries custom fields, runs reconciliations across documents, writes new files into your shares, changes the search you’re looking at, builds reports and drafts automations. Every tool call is scoped to what the user is allowed to see, so Grace can’t leak around your permissions model, and she asks before anything you can’t undo.
Ask Grace to write a quarterly review or condense a long PDF. She lands the result as a new file in the share you point her at.
Match a PO against an invoice and a delivery note, flag the discrepancies, surface the pages where they live.
“Show me contracts where the renewal date is in the next 90 days.” Grace cross-references field values across hundreds of files in one pass.
Every tool call respects the user’s permissions. Grace never sees, returns, or operates on a file the user wouldn’t be able to open directly, and she asks before anything you can’t undo.
On the Search page, say ‘only the PDFs, grouped by supplier’ and Grace changes the search you have open, shows what moved, and lets you undo it. The counting is the search engine’s, not hers, so the numbers are exact.
She writes the words and the layout; every figure comes from a query she can’t type over. See Bureau Insights.
Ask for an automation and she drafts it, tries its first check against your real files, and shows you what it will do before it’s switched on. Anything that sends email, calls out or makes a public link is flagged.
Write to Grace in any of Foldr’s interface languages and she answers in kind.
